As same as China’s other minority the Dai has the nation’s uniqueness, In the long-term historical of development, Southern Theravada Buddhism have become the most important part of production and life of Dai people. The buddhist temple is not only the center of the religious activities, but also the fixed location for spreading culture and ethnic education. This is the important way that the Dai male realize the socialization. Temple education also become a inevitable stage of the Dai national minority’s male children, the Buddha is the direct managers of the temple, also they are the teacher temple education. They have the important effect to the development of the monk.With the development of society, All kinds of media access into the area, Modern science is increasingly being recognized and accepted, People have rational knowledge to religious, Plus, Temple management increasingly loose, existence state of the Buddha who only depend upon the villagers support for, not as good as before. Following is that their own quality of life is increasingly low. Their material living conditions become more and more scarce, and their social status and effect is declining, even they theirselves to the temples of Buddhism loss recognization by the degree. The young people who have the ability and the pursuit are no longer willing to stay in temples, and someone who are willing to continue to stay, are lack of survival ability and their own are defective. Following is the quality of the whole buddha team is increasingly low, As the guardian and teachers of the monk that in important stage development of the body and mind, they have a very bad influence.Then the school education enter into the Dai areas. Popularization of compulsory education prompted the monks to entered the classroom with their hood. They both has the monk identity and the student status, so they are named "The monk student" by local people, "the monk student" are in school during the day life, and the after the school they back to the temple receive education, and they stay in temples to rest at night. They take the edification of the Buddha when they are in the temple and the special monastic education, and they gradually formed some bad habits. This kind of behavior are taken into the other life, in school, they are so. Free and lazy behavior, rebellious mood seriously, lacking of organization and discipline, truancy occur frequently, early love is serious, and other bad habits such as smoking and drinking. It has had a big impact to the national school and class, and this have serious interference to the school normal teaching and other students’ development.To eliminate these effects, the Buddha who have identity of "the monk student’s" guardian and teachers are one of the key factors. Only by improving deteriorating the Buddha’s the Buddha fundamentally,we can solve the problem of the Buddha’s low quality. The Buddha cann’t have bad effects to "the monk student" only by quality improving their quality. Temple must reform to improve the whole level of temples and the quality of the Buddha, and also need the support social from all walks of the social. Only in this way "the monk student" can develop, and it is beneficial to the inheritance of Dai cultural, and it is helpful for the development of the national school and the balanced development of basic education.
