“Alleluiaâ€is one part of mass in medieval Christianity, it is a chant and express on the form of spent singing. This musical form has never gone in the long historical period, and appears new form on the base of unique style in different period. The author has researched seven Alleluia’s works, which represent different historical period and are all representative, they contain“Alleluyaâ€of Gregorian chant in Early Middle Ages;“Alleluia pascha nostrumâ€and“Alleluya,Nativitasâ€of is written by Leonin and Perotin in their late works;Byrd’s“Alleluia! Cognoverunt discipuliâ€in the Renaissance;“Alleluiaâ€of ioratorio which is selected from“Messiahâ€,it is written by Handel during Baroque period;“Alleluiaâ€of motet which is selected from“Exsultate Jubilateâ€,it is written by Mozart during Classical period. It’s hope that through this work author could propose his own assume ,which is based on the method of western Christian music research and the spirit of Christian faith and the music practice which are characterized by the times and composers contained in the works researched,We should try to understand from different point of views of these profound meaning. |
