Chinese liquor is a product of traditional Chinese culture through the ages.Traditional culture provides a steady stream of inspiration for liquor packaging. Withthe advent of the experience economy, experience design came into being, society paymore attention to on "human" experience. In this background, Traditional culture inliquor packaging must be also with the times, human-centered, at the same time, takethe other factors which is a relationship among people, wine packaging andenvironment into them.Firstly, this paper discusses the relationship between liquor packaging andtraditional culture. Combining with the background of the experience economy, itconcisely discusses the concept about experience design, and analyzes the internalrelationship between experience design and the traditional culture of liquor packaging.Finally, based on studying on the relationship which include the relationship among the"people","products","environment”, it builds the model, and inspire a new idea. Theidea will help to achieve experience design which traditional cultural in the liquorpackaging. The inspiration is that we must fully understand buying motives and needsof consumers in the future. We should go into traditional cultural characteristics of winepackaging and create personalized wine packaging. In order to provide consumers withthe best experience feelings, we must also consider the historical environment,marketing environment and the utilization environment.We believe that the concept of experience design is took into liquor packagingdesign,it will be helpful for closer the distance between man and wine culture,andpromote the healthy development of traditional culture in wine packaging.
