Modern consumer society has promoted the rapid development of commercialarchitecture, and also promoted the prosperity of the advertising industry. Commercialbuilding and advertising in the commercial building facades is an indivisible whole.Outdoor advertising decorate building facades in order to build a commercialatmosphere, display function. Advertising as the carrier of building can also tostrengthen itself to enter people’s life in today’s city in the presence. Advertising spaceon the building is double-edged sword, improper design techniques and control willmake it expansion, forming a kind of visual pollution, which caused a certain negativeimpact on the urban landscape and human life.Advertising of commercial building facade design is a complex system. It relatedto the design of commercial building, investment of commercial real estate, control ofthe urban landscape, and so on. So in advertising design, also should expand research ofthe breadth and depth. Author in the process of thesis writing, except for the most basicreading of the literature and the theory of accumulation, but also has many largecommercial building of Shanghai, Beijing, Xi’an, three field survey and sample analysishas been a large number of first-hand information; and also in real estate company hadinternship, deepen the understanding of commercial real estate investment operationlink; For not familiar with the advertising media industry, this is through the means ofthe supplement relevant experts interview knowledge points. With the deepening ofresearch, gradually master a variety of factors affect the commercial building facadesadvertising design, in order to explore the principles of the building facade advertisingdesign, and make theory into practice, to confirm appropriate methods of the building facades advertising design.Advertising design techniques of commercial building are different which haveDifferent surrounding environment, different business orientation, different functions.Through the analysis of the large number of domestic and foreign commercial buildingsinstances, the author emphasize the attitude of the advertising design in commercialbuilding facade design; presents the control elements and indicators in advertisingdesign, and summarizes the design ideas, lists common advertising design techniquesand selection of the design features of different types of advertising. Designed to lay amore solid foundation for facade design of large-scale commercial building, and openup a broader idea in future.Finally, the author participated the Xi’an Daxing Longhu MOCO boutique homefurnishing center commercial building design in graduate internship phase are discussedin detail and verify the general advertising design principles, design ideas and focalpoints. Different types of advertising application in practical projects with betterdiscipline and logic, make that the research and summarize theory is the realistic basisand actual implementation. For future commercial building facade provides detailedbasic information, it is useful and practical significance.
