Yang Mingshan is a renowned painter, an art educator, and a rare genius, whoinherits the excellent Xinjiang oil painting cultural, coalesce the painting diversity,product a striking and unique artistic language. The subject of this article are hisartistic career which is known by few people but his artistic achievement was famousby many people.The essay discusses on his oil painting art from three aspect: thehistory of art,characteristics of art, style of art.Part I: about the art history of Yang Mingshan. Include his self-insist on art, thefirst win in oil painting, his impact in Xing Jiang, and the study on western traditionaloil painting. All of these show the pain and happy of his life and art, reveals his noblesentiments, lofty beliefs and clinging dedication to the art and glory art life.Part II: summing up the painting features of Yang Mingshan’s works.His artfeature express in two aspects, language and artistic conception.Painting language has a strong aesthetic pursuit and visual impact, the mood onthe fresh and elegant with intense simplicity has been a perfect unity, and to explorethe art of language arts mood generation and interaction between external form andinternal mood relationship.Part III: analysis the causes and premise of Yang Mingshan’s art style.First, thereasons of artistic style.
