With the accelerating process of global economic integration between countries inpolitical, economic, cultural and other aspects of communication, the increasingly closeco-operation, foreign language becomes the necessary tool to communicate betweencountries.Kyrgyzstan is a multi-ethnic, multi-language landlocked country of Central Asia. Ithas a close relationship in economic and trade, cultural exchanges and educationalcooperation with China. Since the country independent, it faces foreign language andforeign culture with an attitude of open and democratic. It creates a good environment tolearn foreign language for its people and foreign learners.This thesis is based on social linguistics and foreign language education theory. It isbased on foreign language education policy and planning of Kyrgyzstan and analyzesenvironment of college foreign language education in Kyrgyzstan. It uses investigationmethod, interview method, literature method and observation method and deeplyinvestigates and analyzes the development and current situation of college foreignlanguage education in Kyrgyzstan. Then we will know attitude of the people and thecountry on the foreign language. It summarizes the characteristics of foreign languageeducation in the Kyrgyzstan. This thesis explores the inspiration of the ChineseInternational Education.The thesis consists of four parts.The first part is foreword, which describes background of selected topic, the purposeof the study, meaning, ideas and methods of the study, together with the overallarrangement and designs.The second part defines the concept of "foreign language" and "second language",combes research the current situation and methods of foreign language education at homeand abroad and lays the foundation for the study.The third part starts with the Language education policy of the Kyrgyzstan, thecollege foreign language education environment in the Kyrgyz is the background, Turkishmajor, Chinese major and English major of the Kyrgyzstan colleges were subjects in thestudy. The study is based on university administrators, teachers, student surveys andinterviews and expoundes the current situation of the Kyrgyzstan college foreign languageMajor, such as teaching, teacher, teaching materials and evaluation system etc. The studyanalyzes attitude and demands of foreign language education of country and people.Thestudy summarizes the characteristics of the Kyrgyzstan university foreign languageeducation: loose language education policy; the help of country of Language promotion; diversification of foreign language; diversification of foreign language institutions; theinternationalization of personnel training, etc.Part IV is based on the analysis of the last part and talks about Chinese InternationalEducation from the foreign language education of higher education in the Kyrgyzstan:efforts to promote Chinese language teaching into the national education system in theKyrgyz; attachs importance to Chinese education conditions vary in the Kyrgyz andstresses that local conditions; encourages and supports the individual Chinese traininginstitutions; encourages to build local confucius institute website and online Chineseteaching resources; buildes the the multi-level, three-dimensional local Chinese educationnetwork of schools, communities, the Confucius Institute, training institutions, and varioustypes of enterprises and institutions; research on foreign language education in the Kyrgyz;advocates interesting teaching; strengthens the training of the local teachers; optimizesmodel of the reaining,etc.
