In a quick survey of three thousands Chinese landscape art, we could easily findthe close relationship between calligraphy and the landscape art of Suzhou, andelaborate it by the physics concept---resonance effect. Resonance effect is a physicsconcept which refers that a system become a strong vibration caused by the outsidestimulation when the frequency from outside is equal or near to the frequency of thesystem. Consequently, the phenomenon of a strong vibration conducted by thestimulation from outside is known as resonance effect. The resonance effect ofCalligraphy and Suzhou landscapes art is regarded as a unique cultural atmosphereand artistic stage produced by the stimulation from the resonance effect. The presentstudy believes the resonance effect of Calligraphy and Suzhou landscapes art (takeZhuozheng Garden as an example) not only has features including Chinesetraditional culture,, aesthetics, artistic aesthetic spirit and so forth, but also has aresonance effect between Chinese traditional culture and artistic aesthetic spirit,which provides a great enlightenment on researches of relationship betweendistinctive styles of arts. Therefore, it is necessary to engage the research on theresonance effect between calligraphy and Suzhou landscapes arts (take ZhuozhengGarden as an example).The thesis first generalizes and introduces the basic reasons and implications ofthe resonance effect between calligraphy and Garden art in SuZhou (HumbleAdministrator’s Garden for example) from cultural, aesthetical and psychologicalperspective. Then the concrete content and representative form of resonance effect iselaborated in details intensively based on the understanding of material sequence ofecological construction, spiritual sequence of ecological construction and artisticconception of aesthetic appreciation. The author clarifies and proves the complexityand its factors according to the cutline of Humble Administrator’s Garden.The less studies of the Chinese landscapes art gives a huge space for furtherstudy, thus the present study of probing into the relationship between calligraphy andart of landscapes has a great significance. Meanwhile, an investigation on therelationship between calligraphy and landscapes art, and the problem betweentraditional art and moderns will be provided, which brings some enlightenment andshed some new light on the issue.
