The Research Of The Protection Of Industrial Use Of Historical Sites And Its Extended Functions

The Industrial Revolution has promoted the advance of mankind,large-scale machinery has brought great wealth to people.The industrial buildings and mining development were seen everywhere all around world, which led to an unprecedented event. But in the post-industrial era, a new industry gradually replaced the traditional industries, many traditional industries has been replaced, a large number of industrial building materials to be idle, the exploitation of mines were abandoned, the glorious old industrial areas existed before has gradually been forgotten.However,as we know,human urbanization is irresistible,and the explosive growth of population and human land resources are limited, which seriously inhibits economic growth and sustainable development of ecological environment. The large number of abandoned mines and industrial sites has caused a large waste of land resources,and pollution caused by mining has brought greater environmental problems within the region.As a subject to coordinate the relationship between man and nature, landscape designation has been given highly attention by people to handle the industrial sites.Mining waste land is a special landscape which is under intense human disturbance,and and its degradation of ecosystem structure and function has caused serious damage to its use of both functional and aesthetic value. To promote ecological restoration and reconstruction through the mining wasteland regeneration of the ecological and economic value, the reuse of landscape design and new aesthetic value has an important influence on the regional ecosystem health, sustainable development of local economy and people’s living standard.To deal with that,this paper gave the detailes of various types of protective laws and regulations at home and abroad, introduced a number of successful domestic and foreign industrial transformation cases, analysed these cases one by one,and tried to give the best resolution to the transformation in Pingdingshan.This paper introduced the status of domestic and foreign industrial sites ,analysed the basic problems of the mining heritage of Pingdingshan,and drawed a conclusion that it is necessary to eatablish a mine park based on the analysis of the urgency of Pingdingshan mining site protection and its historical value,ecological value,economic value and other aspects.In mine development and utilization of the park, we should protect the mine sites, stick mine sites and the principle of combining the environment, adhere to the protection and development of mine sites based on the principle of use, persist with economic efficiency and development of Economy.According to local conditions,the regional advantages should be played with local characteristics.Try to sum up the programs to build gardens, form a specific style and unique features,which built in the park as the unique main mine,,and connect the area around tourist attractions Project.The construction of mine parks would improve the quality of the local ecological environment,promote local economic efficiency, rich in materials living standards of local people and promote the development side with the economy.Finally,this paper gave a proper analysis and evaluation of the protection and utilization of industrial sites based on the case of Pingdingshan mine has been transformed into unique park sites.
