Experimental study on the effect of ziying granule in clearing heat and detoxication, disperse accumulation on chronic endometritisObjective:To explore mechanisms of Ziying granule in clearing heat and detoxication, disperse accumulation and eliminate swelling, which would provide experimental basis for clinical application.Method:1. Inflammatory conglutination models of endometrium were estab-lished by injecting 15% phenol-mucilage into uterus in rats, And recored the degrees & rate of uterus’swelling, then investigate pathomorphological change-s after administration of ziying granule.2. Common pathogenic bacteria from endometritis were separated and cultured to conduct antibacterial test both in vi-vo and in vitro,And observe MIC & MBC of ziying granule on antibacterial test and its protection against the fatal infection caused by Bacterium coli and Staphylococcus aureus.3. Immunosuppressed mice were induced by inject ion of cyclophosphamide and then treated by ziying granule, And investigate its impact of non-specific immunological function.Result: 1.Ziying granule could alleviate degrees of uterine swelling of animal models,promote tubal patency, increase local blood perfusion, decrease capillary permeability, and reduce uterine inflammatory response significantly.2.Ziying granule could inhibit the growth and reproduction of common pathogenic bacteria from endometritis and protect against the fatal infection caused by Bacterium coli and Staphylococcus aureus.3.Ziying granule could reinforce the phagocytosis of mononuclear macrophages and promote production of serum hemolysin.Conclusion:The therapatic role of ziying granule in clearing heat and detoxication, disperse accumulation may be related to its pharmacological effects including improving inflammatory swelling,reducing blockage of endometrium,increasing local blood perfusion, bacteriostasis, enhancing immune function and so on, which was mainly pharmacological basis of treatment on chronic endometritis...
