The purposes of this study are to investigate the intervention of soybean protein and marine bioactive peptide on the content changes of Serum CK-MM and ubiquitin ligating enzyme of skeletal muscle in different time of after training.Discuss the instance of skeletal muscle protein degradation induced by injury restrained training and intervention of bioactive peptides.Male SD rats fell into three groups:control group(S)、group of training(T)、group of training and suppling soybean protein(P) and suppling marine bioactive peptide(M) performed accute exercise after 6 weeks eccentric training.The tissues were collected from the quadriceps femoris muscle of the experimental rats.The expression of Trim63 mRNA of skeletal muscle was determined by real-time quantitative PCR. The results were obtained,(1) After the accute exercise,the content of Serum CK-MM in group of training(T) increased significantly immediately higher than control group(S),the content of Serum CK-MM in 24h and 48h decreased and lower than group immediately.Serum CK-MM in group of training and suppling soybean protein(P) immediately has been higher than the control group(M),and lower than immediately.Serum CK-MM in group of training and suppling marine bioactive peptides(M) in 24h has been higher than immediately and group of training(T) in 24h.(2) After the accute exercise,Trim63mRNA expression in group of training(T) decreased slightly,increased in 24h,and increased significantly in 48h higher than other groups.Trim63 mRNA expression in group of training and suppling soybean protein(P) declined in the movement immediately and has been lower than in the control group(S).The trend of Trim63 mRNA expression in group of training and suppling marine bioactive peptides(M) was similar with group of training and suppling soybean protein(P),but immediately and 24h it was higher. Conclusion:(1) Suppling soybean protein and marine bioactive peptides can partly decrease the content of serum CK-MM of rats of delayed onset muscle injuried,and the same doses of soybean protein was better than the marine bioactive peptides;(2)Suppling soybean protein and marine bioactive peptides can partly inhibit Trim63mRNi expression of rats of delayed onset muscle injuried,and the same doses of soybean protein was better than the marine bioactive peptides;(3)It was not found that the relationship of ubiquitin proteasome system(upp) and protein degradation on membrane of skeletal muscle,and the upp has nothing to do with the leakage of serum CK-MM.
