Objective: Through observing the Yinxu syndrome information of wistarrats that get pulmonary fibrosis after acute lung injury，in accordance withsurface feature of being theory，the rat model scale of pulmonary fibrosis afteracute lung injury can be built.Methods: The experiment uses the Sprague-Dawley rat model gettingidiopathic pulmonary fibrosis after acute lung injury induced bybleomycin-A5Tracheal instillation。54rats are invided into three groups：thenormal group、the model group and the yangyintongluo group。The normalgroup and the model group use the normal saline10ml/kg，the yangyintongluogroup use the yangyintongluofang suspension5.1g/kg.Every group use once aday.Through observing the general condition、water quantity、food-intake、weight、anal temperature、manure quantity and so on,to make sure that thewistar rats that get pulmonary fibrosis after acute lung injury have been builtsuccessly。On the basis of article and research，item pool is structured，combining with the supervisor group and expert advices，the screeningschedule is complete through screen preliminarily。Combining with the animalexperiment、scale production principle and procedure，and after experiment、observing and screen item by statistics method，the pulmonary fibrosis afteracute lung injury Yinxu syndrome wistar rats model pro-formal scale is built。Observe the wistar rats using the scale，after the statistics analysis，combiningwith supervisor group advices，then screen item。Result: There are6factors base on the standard of eigenvalues over1,thecumulative contribution rate is83.518%。There are6items involved in factor1and most interpret yinxuneire，5items in factor2and most interpret generalcondition,7items in factor3and most interpret yinxuneire，7items in factor4and most interpret yinxuneire，3items in factor5and most interpret urination and defecation，5items in factor6and most interpret macroscopic token,allwhich basically confirmd the concept of scale structure. The whole αcoefficient of pre-formal scale is0.7142, α ceofficient of all dimensions are>0.7.So show the reliability and construct validity of pre-formal scale anddimensions is good.Conclusion: According to the statistics analysis, combining withsupervisor group advices,a4dimensions、16items pulmonary fibrosis afteracute lung injury Yinxu syndrome wistar rats model pro-formal scale is builtthrough screening items in the screening schedule.
