Objective:1.To observe the change of old patients’ cognize ability in post-operative care.2.To observe the relativity of educational background、blood pressure in operation、ASAranking、time and drug dosage of anesthesia、the blood losing、complications.3. Toexamine the IL-6in pre or post operative duration and discuss the relationshipbetween the presentation of IL-6and cognize ability disorder in post-operativeduration.Methods:80cases ongoing general anesthesia from January2011to December2012in ourhospital were collected and their cognize ability was evaluated by MMSE in one daybefore or after operation. The group was divided to POCD group and non-POCDone depending on the results from that evaluation. At the same time, the bloodsamples were collected and IL-6was tested accordingly.Result:1. Compare the scores of preoperative and postoperative neuropsychologicaltest. All patients with postoperative1d,3d,7d after operation after descending scoregreater than preoperative1standard deviation (sd) of all the research object isjudgement impaired cognitive function. A total of23patients with POCD.2. A and B in preoperative MMSE score between the two groups, the sex ratio, culturelevel and age of P values>0.05, showed that differences were not statisticallysignificant.3. POCD group (group A) patients before surgery and after surgery, cytokinesinterleukin-6(il-6) in blood expression were significantly higher (P <0.05); Group B(POCD) prior to surgery and after surgery in patients with cytokines interleukin-6 (il-6) in blood expression differences had no statistical significance (P>0.05)Conclusion:1.The morbidity of cognize ability disorder in old patients during post-operativewas28.75%.2. The cognize ability disorder of old patients in post-operative was related toblood losing、 ASA ranking、 the time and drug dosage of anesthesia andcomplications,it wasn’t related to the sex ratio, age and culture level.3. The cognize ability disorder was also related to the increasing presentation ofIL-6.
