Objective:This study investigated the main discomforts of patients after general anesthesia based on the concept of comfortable nursing,and analyzed the relevant influencing factors.It conducted qualitative interviews on general anesthesia patients' visit needs and recommendations to provide relevant nursing care and ward management for general anesthesia surgery for reference.Methods: The questionnaire survey phase:Based on clinical practice,we used a Delphi method to design a questionnaire for investigation and analysis.The qualitative research stage:we designed an interview outline,for the impact of the visits of relatives and friends on patients after surgery.Results:1.Questionnaire research:(1)The total score of the questionnaire was 100 points,53.9% were greater than 30 points,and the overall score of discomfort was(34.13 ± 0.207)points.Among them,poor sleep,pharyngeal discomfort,thirst and pain were the main symptoms of discomfort in patients.(2)This study suggested that the patient's age,marital status,educational level,and comorbidities before surgery had statistically significant differences in postoperative discomfort.2.Qualitative research:This research had drawn three themes: 1)Relatives' visits will affect patients;2)Patients support reasonable restrictions on visits;3)Hope to maintain decent and be treated equally by visitors.Conclusion:(1)Patients in orthopedics generally have a certain degree of discomfort after general anesthesia.Postoperative patient discomfort is affected by a variety of factors.Among the patient's own factors,age,marital status,education,and whether there are comorbidities before surgery The effect of discomfort is greatest.(2)Patients need general support and encouragement from family members and friends in time after general anesthesia.However,in the ward,excessive movement of people can affect the patient's mental and recovery status.On the premise of ensuring that the ward environment is quiet and comfortable,the visits of family members and friends of patients are allowed to promote patient confidence.Patients hope that their body has a certain recovery before the visits opening.The visit should be in the morning,time should be controlled in half an hour to one hour,so that patients would not be tired.Patients want their close families and friends to visit,each visit should less than three people.In the process of visiting,the visitors should pay attention to the patient's psychological needs,respect the patient,and promote the patient to establish confidence and self-confidence.
