The nasal resonance hypernasality is a clinical manifestation of nasal resonance disorder. the nasal resonance disorders is a kind of resonance disorder, the resonance system plays an important role in the process of speech production. Assessment of nasal resonance for a long time in the past are the combination of subjective evaluation and objective evaluation, one of the acoustic parameters is the nasalance measurement, the study expects to find more reasonable the acoustic parameters and nasalance together to evaluate the nasal resonance function. In this study, cleft lip and palate patients with to as the nasal resonance hypernasality typical groups, collect voice samples through a separate form of dual-channel device and using software Nasalview Plus voice to do the analysis.302-15years old Hypernasality children and302-15years old normal children collect here. They need to say u\i\m,getting the acoustic parameters to find out you can distinguish between normal and hypernasality even the mild hypemasality. We found the acoustic parameters are the second oral formants of/i/, the0.5k-1kHz energy concentration ratio of the nasal cavity of/u/, the2k-3kHz energy concentration ratio of the nasal cavity of/u/, the lk-2kHz energy concentration ratio of nasal cavity of/i/, the2k-3kHz energy concentration ratio of nasal cavity of/i/, the1k-2kHz energy concentration ratio of oral cavity of/i/, the3k-4kHz energy concentration ratio of oral cavity of/i/, seven parameters totally. In addition, this study explores the acoustic characteristics of nasal resonance features of cleft palate population, through51patients after cleft palate repair surgery, and with normal population to do compare, explore cleft palate patients nasal resonance characteristics. Found seven parameters in type showed significant differences, the2k-3kHz energy concentration ratio of the nasal cavity of/u/,the1k-2kHz energy concentration ratio of nasal cavity of/i/, the2k-3kHz energy concentration ratio of nasal cavity of/i/, the1k-2kHz energy concentration ratio of oral cavity of/i/, cleft palate children were higher than normal children; the second oral formants of/i/, the0.5k-1kHz energy concentration ratio of the nasal cavity of/u/, the3k-4kHz energy concentration ratio of oral cavity of/i/, cleft palate children with lower than normal children. Age has significantly differences on the two parameters, specific performance the2k-3kHz energy concentration ratio of the nasal cavity of/u/,the2k-3kHz energy concentration ratio of nasal cavity of/i/, pre-school children are lower than the school-age children.
