| Objective: through the Haizhu Xiaobi pill in the treatment ofhyperplastic disease of breast (Chong and Ren kidney disorder type)analysis of the clinical curative effect, the side of the treatment andtraditional Chinese medicine function mechanism. To provide usefulideas and reference for the research of new drugs of traditionalChinese medicine.Methods: totally60cases of patients with hyperplasia ofmammary gland in general surgery clinic and Heilongjiang Academyof Traditional Chinese Medicine, were randomly divided into thetreatment group and30cases in the control group. The treatmentgroup adopts Haizhu Xiaobi pill treatment, the control group usingRukang capsule. Observed before treatment,4weeks of medication,medication for8weeks,4weeks after discontinuation of patientswith symptoms, signs, especially the changes in patients with breasttumor and clinical symptoms, to evaluate Haizhu Xiaobi Pill onhyperplasia of mammary glands and traditional Chinese medicinetreatment mechanism.Results: Haizhu Xiaobi pill group the total effective rate was93.33%, while the Rukang group the total effective rate was76.67%,with a significant difference, P<0.05. Through the comparison ofHaizhu: Xiaopi pill in the treatment of Chong and Ren kidneydisorders of hyperplastic disease of breast, in the comprehensivecurative effect, reduced tumor size and scope, reduce breast pain is better than that of Rukang tablet. Haizhu Xiaobi pill has the verystrong kidney, regulating Chong and Ren, Ruanjian Sanjie effect,treatment is very strong on kidney dysfunction of Chong and Renhas pertinence, clinical curative effect is better than that of Rukangtablet.Conclusion: Haizhu Xiaobi pill has nourishing the liver andkidney, conditioning the effectiveness of Chong and Ren kidney, hasa good therapeutic effect on hyperplasia of mammary glands. |
