ObjectiveExplore plasma adiponectin, pulse wave velocity (PWV) changes in patients with coronary heart disease, further discussing both with coronary heart disease clinical classification of lesions and the degree of relationship, and to explore the relationship between them and clinical significance.MethodsThe study points coronary heart disease group and control group,65cases of coronary heart disease patients were selected from June2009-June2011during our heart medicine hospital patients, from2130healthy check-up in the control group were those with angiographically demonstrated coronary arteries and normal, no other causes of cardiovascular disease, hypertension, and diabetes without, the detection of the indexes in the normal range. The enzyme league immune method to detect the plasma adiponectin levels, arteriosclerosis detector PWV detection. According to the clinical classification of coronary heart disease, serious degree, PWV group value, this paper discusses the relations between the groups.
