ObjectiveTo study the new auxiliary treatment for middle-late the curative effect of colorectal cancer patients and postoperative recoveryMethodThis paper collected66cases of middle-late rectal cancer patients, including new adjuvant therapy33cases as a new auxiliary treatment group, and not to accept the new auxiliary treatment of colorectal cancer patients middle-late33cases as control group. Compare the postoperative recovery effect of the patients between the two groups of patients.ResultThe effective rate of neoadjuvant therapy was84.85%, accept the new auxiliary treatment group patients pathological complete remission in1, part of ease in15cases, stationary phase in12cases,5cases progress period.Two groups of patients’ postoperative recovery.exhaust time (p=0.301), the meal time (p=0.088),and postoperative hospitalization time (p=0.471), were no statistical significance.ConclusionsNeoadjuvant therapy can reduce tumor pathological staging and improve surgical excision rate and it safe for the operation and the postoperative recovery. |
