Objective The aim of this study was to explore the correlation of hypoglycemic agents and hypoglycema in type2diabetic patients. Methods on150pairs of subjects which were observed in the second affiliated hospital of Lanzhou medical university. Information was including gender, age, hypoglycemic agents etc. Chi-square test was used to analyze count data on univariate analysis.Stepwise regressive multifactor analysis was performed on above factors. Results In150patients with diabetes, male is78cases, female is72cases, and their mean age was64.53±12.93years. In the treatment of patients with diabetes in the incidence of hypoglycemia about24%, of which17%drug-related hypoglycemia.Combined treatment:a single drug combination therapy of30%, Combined treatment accounted for70%. The use of oral glucose-lowering drugs drug resistance the incidence of hypoglycemia is as follows:the insulin (11%), sulfonylureas (11%), traditional Chinese medicine class (9%);2group,3group,4group was40%,29%and1%respectively.Through univariate conditional Chi-square test, hypoglycemia in type2diabetes significantly Association with insulin, combined treatment (P<0.05).The results of multivariate logistic analysis showed that insulin, combined treatment (P<0.05)were still related to hypoglycemia in type2diabetes.Conclusions1.Insulin, combined treatment (P<0.05)are the reversely associated wih thte developmnet of hypoglycemia in type2diabetes.2. In patients with type2diabetes incidence of hypoglycemia application oral glucose-lowering drugs is still high, low the main risk factors for:elderly patients and the combined use of a variety of diabetes, especially include insulin, sulfonylureas and Chinese medicine drugs combined treatment.
