OBJECTIVE:For clinic application of paclitaxel liposome treatment of ovarian cancer to provide a theoretical basis and research data to support.METHODS:Query related literature at home and abroad, the pathogenesis of ovarian cancer, taxol metabolism and gene peptide and the role of paclitaxel liposome in ovarian cancer chemotherapy and so on has carried on the induction and summary.RESULT:Paclitaxel liposome can increase the curative effect of drugs, drug stability, slow-release properties are better and can reduce the toxicity of drugs, can alter tumor microcirculation of inhibiting the production of nutrient vessels of the tumor, thereby inhibiting tumor formation.CONCLUSION:To clarify the mechanism of action of paclitaxel liposome and its role in ovarian cancer treatment helps to decrease the mortality of the patients with ovarian cancer.
