Expression And Importance Of YB-1and EGFR In Endometrium And Endometriosis

Objective To investigate EGFR and YB-1the value of diagnosis in patients with endometriosis, role in the condition monitoring and the correlation.Methods Samples selected in March,2011-April2012in Gansu Provincal Hospital department of gynaecology100patients of hysterectomy (60example endometriosis,40example without endometriosis), all patients were not used hormone therapy and nearly a year did not not associated with malignant tumors.Results (1)YB-1and EGFR in control group, the expression of EGFR positive rate respectively is32.5%,10.0%.(2)Experimental group in the endometrium, the expression of YB-1and EGFR positive rate respectively is60.0%,58.3%.(3) Experimental ectopic endometrium, the expression of YB-1and EGFR positive rate respectively is78.3%,81.6%.(4) YB-1and EGFR in ectopic endometrium and endometrial expression compared with normal endometrium expression had statistical significance (P<0.05)(5) YB-1and EGFR in ectopic endometrium compared with endometrial expression do not have statistical significance (P>0.05)(6) The expression of YB-1, EGFR through correlation analysis, Pearson correlation coefficient was0.951, indicating that YB-1expression associated with EGFR expression (P<0.01).Conclusion This experiment research results suggest YB-1and EGFR is ideal endometriosis marker.。Speculated that YB-1, EGFR prognosis evaluation in patients with endometriosis, also played a role。YB-1, EGFR can serve as potential targets for early diagnosis and treatment of endometriosis and the expression was positively correlated。...
