| Objective:Discussion on the prognosis of elderly patients with acute ischemic stroke for the first time, to evaluate which factors are associated with adverse outcomes, we focus on intervention to decide which factors in the clinical treatment, improve the prognosis of the patients to the maximum extent.Methods:In August2009-in September2011in Department of internal medicine of our hospital, elderly patients with first-ever acute ischemic stroke in652cases, male345cases, female307cases, age60-82years old; according to whether the patients with hypertension were divided into hypertension group and non hypertension group; according to whether accompanied by coronary heart disease were divided into CHD group and non-CHD group; according to whether patients with diabetes were divided into diabetic group and non-diabetic group; according to whether associated with hyperlipidemia were divided into high blood lipid group and normal group. Follow-up in elderly patients with acute ischemic stroke occurred in the first3months after discharge, with single factor analysis of variance analysis between group statistical data, the mortality of patients in each group and again NIHSS, BI score.Results:Patients with hypertension, coronary heart disease, diabetes, high blood lipids in elderly with first-ever acute ischemic stroke,its mortality of three month later is high;NIHSS score is higher and BI score is lower;prognosis is poor.Conclusion: The elderly first-ever acute ischemic stroke prognosis is closely related to gender, age, stroke severity, blood pressure, blood glucose, blood lipid and vascular atherosclerosis, such factors as age, gender, severity of stroke is not capable of changing factors, this provides pertinent treatment for our clinical work to improve the prognosis of the first-ever acute ischemic stroke of elderly people. It also emphasizes the primary and two secondary stroke prevention therapy is important for improving the prognosis of patients with stroke. |
