Objective：Observed the clinical efficacy of Wen yang diuresis tong yangdiuresis and Shen shi diuresis in treatment of primary nephroticsyndrome of yang deficiency Water Pan card,based on theglucocorticoid and symptomatic treatment.Method:90cases of primary nephrotic syndrome is The yang deficiencyWater Pan certificate patients were randomly divided into threegroups,30cases in each groups，each group were treated withGlucocorticoids and conventional western medicine;such asSpironolactone,Hydrochlorothiazide,benazepril,dipyridamole,aspirin, etc.30cases in the Wen Yang and diuresis group，treatedwith glucocorticoids combined with conventional western medicine,while giving Chinese medicine Zhen Wu decoction (Poria9g,white-peony9g the Atractylodes6g, ginger9g, aconite9g)to WenYang and diuresis.30cases in the Tong Yang Diuresis group,On thebasis of western medicine,while giving the self-prescription(light-blue10g,GuiZhi10g,Atractylodes10g,Poria10g,Zeeland10g)t-o michiharu diuresis.30cases in the Shen shi and diuresisgroup,On the basis of western medicine, while giving Wu ling san(Polyporus12g, Alisma20g, Atractylodes12g, Poria12g, Guizhi8g)Shenshi and diuresis.8weeks and6months for courses ofmedication，Observed the case of the Clinical efficacy of using glucocorticoids eight weeks and the complications and recurrencerate after6months.Rusults:1.Comparison of the Comprehensive therapeutic effectefficiency：The Zhen Wu decoction group there are8cases completelyremission,7cases significantly alleviate,7cases partialremission,8cases invalid; the Effective rate is73.33%.The TongYang Diuresis group there are13cases completely remission,6cases significantly alleviate,8cases partial remission,3casesinvalid;the Effective rate is90.00%.The Wu ling san group thereare6cases completely remission,7cases significantly alleviate,8cases partial remission,9cases invalid; the Effective rate is70.00%.The efficiency of Tong Yang Diuresis group wassignificantly higher than The Zhen Wu decoction and Wu ling sangroup.efficiency by χ~2test(P<0.05）,and the difference wasstatistically significant. the way using Tong Yang Diuresis treatyang deficiency Water Pan card is more effective.Comparison of theefficiency of Zhen Wu decoction group and Wu ling sangroup,efficiency by χ~2test(P>0.05),The difference was notstatistically significant; the efficacy of the treatment ofprimary nephrotic syndrome was no significant difference by ZhenWu decoction and Wu ling san.2.Comparison of the effect efficiency in Syndromes efficacy：there are5cases in The Zhen Wu decoction group were cured,9cases was Significantly effective,10cases was effective,6caseswas Invalid, the total effective rate of80.00%.The Tong YangDiuresis group,7cases were cured,12cases was Significantlyeffective,9cases was effective,2cases was Invalid, the total effective rate of93.33%.The Wu ling san group,6cases were cured,9cases was Significantly effective,7cases was effective,8cases was Invalid, the total effective rate of73.33%.Theefficiency of Tong Yang Diuresis group was significantly higherthan The Zhen Wu decoction and Wu ling san group.effect efficiencyof Syndromes efficacy by χ~2test（P<0.05）,and the difference wasstatistically significant,the way using Tong Yang Diuresis treatyang deficiency Water Pan card is More effective.Comparison of theefficiency of Zhen Wu Tang group and Wu ling san group,efficiencyby χ~2test （P>0.05）,The difference was not statisticallysignificant; the efficacy of the treatment of primary nephroticsyndrome was no significant difference by Zhen Wu decoction andWu ling san.3.Compare the incidence of side effects：compared with theother groups，the side effects of Tong Yang Diuresis groups afterthe application of glucocorticoids by χ~2test， there aresignificant difference in Cushing’s,insomnia,menstrual disordersand gastrointestinal bleeding(P<0.05).there are differentincidences in glucose, hirsutism, elevated blood pressure, femoralhead necrosis.But there is not statistically significant.comparedZhen Wu decoction with Wu ling san there is no significantdifference (P>0.05) in the reducing incidence of side effects ofCushing syndrome,insomnia,irregular menstruation hairyprevention.4.Comparing the relapse rate:there are3cases recurred in the8effective cases of Zhen Wu decoction group,The recurrence rateis37.50%;2cases recurred in the6effective cases of Wu lingsan group，The recurrence rate is33.33%;2cases recurred in the 13effective cases of Tong Yang diuresis group,The recurrence rateis15.38%.Compared the recurrence rates of Tong Yang diuresis groupwith Zhen Wu decoction and Wu ling san,The recurrence ratesignificant difference(P<0.05),the difference was statisticallysignificant;Compared Zhen Wu decoction and Wu ling san group, therecurrence rate was no significant difference (P>0.05), thedifference was not statistically significant.Conclusion：The clinical efficacy using the glucocorticoids andconventional Western medicine combined with traditional Chinesemedicine Tong Yang diuresis treatment of primary nephroticsyndrome is more significantly than the Zhen Wu decoction groupand Wu ling san Group, and security is more better, significantimprovement of the side effects of the glucocorticoids and reducingthe relapse rate.
