Clinical Study Of The Treatment On Knee Osteoarthritis By Combined Methods In Order

Objetive:To objectively eveluate the clinical outcomes of and differencesbetween the treatments on knee osteoarthritis by the combinedmethods in order and arthroscopic debridement combinedwith intra-articular injection of HA through retrospective andcomparative study of the60cases of patients with kneeosteoarthritis. To provide a more appropriate treatment which canimprove clinical efficacy on knee osteoarthritis.Methods:From September2011to September2012, according to thecase inclusion and exclusion criteria,60cases of patients withknee osteoarthritis were selected.We choose the side with moresevere clinical symptoms from patients withboth knee osteoarthritis.All the cases were collected from theinpatient Department of Orthopedics and Traumatology of Hubei TCMHospital, and were were evenly divided into two groups,a treatment group and a control group,in accordance with thedifferent treatments.30cases were in the treatment group, in which17were men and13were momen,with the average age（68±8.24）;30cases were in the treatment group, in which11were men and19were momen,with the average age（72±5.01）.The treatment group weretreated by the combined methods in order and the controll group weretreated by arthroscopic debridement combinedwith intra-articular injection of HA.After30and180days’treatment,all the patients were eveluated from twoaspects-the Lysholm score and the clinical efficacy.The data of theeveluation were analyzed by SPSSl3.0software.Results:①The Lysholm score of the treatment group before the treatment were40.5±5.63compared with93.2±5.3after30days’treatment and93.3±6.10after180day’treatment.The Lysholm score of the control group before the treatment were41.3±5.12compared with92.2±6.12after30days’treatment and87.45±4.32after180day’treatment.The Lysholm score weresignificantly improved and there were significant differencesbetween the tow groups(P<0.01).②The Lysholm score of the treatment group compared with the Lysholmscore of the control group after30days by t test,showing nostatistical difference(P>0.05). The Lysholm score of the treatmentgroup compared with the Lysholm score of the control group after180days by t test, showing statistical difference(P<0.05).③After30days’treatment, in the treatment group,10cases wereclinical cured and15cases were markedly effective,5caseseffective,0case effectiveless, total effective rate83.33%,compared with the control group,9cases were clinical curedand15cases were markedly effective,5cases effective,1caseeffectiveless, total effective rate80.00%. After180 days’treatment,in the treatment group,9cases were clinical curedand14cases were markedly effective,6cases effective,1caseeffectiveless, total effective rate76.67%, compared with thecontrol group,7cases were clinical cured and10cases were markedlyeffective,10cases effective,3cases effectiveless, totaleffective rate56.67%.The treatment group was better atconsolidating its curative effect.Conclusion:Combined methods in order and arthroscopic debridement combinedwith intra-articular injection of HA both had the characteristicsthat can obviously and quickly improve clinicalsymptoms.However,the cmbined methods in order had an advantage inconsolidating its curative effect in the middle stage of thedisease.Which means that Chinese medicine fumigation andrehabilitation exercise has certain effect on consolidatingits curative effect after arthroscopic debridement andintra-articular injection of HA. We believe that the treatment onknee osteoarthritis by the combined methods in order has curativeeffect of treating the disease in early and middle stage and alsocan consolidating its curative effect.We believe that this methodworth promoting.
