| Objective:To observing the medicine-separated moxibustion (stagnation and spleen deficiency) gastric residual functional dyspepsia rats, intestinal propulsive, urine excretion rate of D-xylose and MTL,GAS, VIP level of impact, explore medicine-separated moxibustion treatment the dyspepsia mechanism.Method:60SD rats were randomly divided into a control group, model group, medicine-separated moxibustion group, Xiaoyaosan groups, and domperidone group.Blank group without any treatment, model group, the modeling be acupuncture Gan Shu, Pi Shu, Zusanli or Qi Men, Zhang Men,Zusanli, two groups once a day; After the modeling of medicine-separated moxibustion group the same method be medicine-separated moxibustion, moxibustion method and the to take acupuncture points with the acupuncture group;Xiaoyaosan group modeling Conversion1ml/100g measurement be Xiaoyaosan the intragastric gavage volume,to dose3.845g/kg·d; domperidone group be domperidone solution1ml/100g convert measures gavage gavage volume modeling.The remaining groups equal intragastric volume normal saline. Above every other day fasting.Observe changes in rat appearance and behavior before and after treatment, urine excretion rate of the D-xylitol and gastrointestinal propulsive rate, the36th day of the experiment,the abdominal aortic blood whole blood MTL ELISA law observed in rats, GAS,VIP content changes.Results:1.Changes in body weight,food intake,and behavior of the rats in each group:the beginning to the end of the three weeks modeling modeling blank rats body weight,food intake and behavior were normal,each made modules rat body weight,food intake,wearing the number of cells stand the number,modification reduced number (P<0.01, P<0.05);after two weeks of treatment,compared with the model group,the medicine-separated moxibustion group,Xiaoyaosan group with domperidone rats body weight,food intake increased (P<0.05).2.Medicine-separated moxibustion on gastric emptying and intestinal propulsive impact:Compared with the control group,the model group,the rats gastric residual rate increased (P<0.05),the intestinal propulsive rate lowering (P<0.01);with the model group compared to medicine-separated moxibustion group,Xiaoyaosan group,domperidone group rat gastric residual rate lowering (P<0.01),the intestinal propulsive rate increased (P<0.01).3. Medicine-separated moxibustion rat urine excretion rate of D-xylose: modeling three weeks,compared with the control group,the group of experimental rats the urinary excretion rate of D-xylose reduce (P<0.01);with medicine-separated moxibustion group,model group,elevated urinary excretion rate of D-xylose Xiaoyaosan group,domperidone rats (P<0.01).4.Medicine-separated moxibustion on serum MTL,GAS,VIP:Compared with the control group,the model group,the rats serum MTL and GAS content decreased (P<0.05),VIP content increased (P<0.01);compared with the model group,each group of experimental rats MTL,GAS content increased (P<0.01,P<0.05),the the VIP content decrease d(P<0.01,P<0.05).Conclusion:1. Medicine-separated moxibustion decoction promots gastric emptying and intestinal propulsive in functional dyspepsia model rats.2. Medicine-separated moxibustion promote the FD model rats urine D xylitol excretion.3. Medicine-separated moxibustion decoction has increased the blood serum of MTL, GAS content and reduced content of VIP in funetional dyspepsia model rats.4. Medicine-separated moxibustion decoction is an effective Chinese medieine for treating funetional dyspepsia(syndrome of liver-qi stagnation and spleen-qi deficiency). |
