Objective: SD young rats intestinal ischemia–reperfusion injury model magnesium sulfateintervention, to explore the protective effect of magnesium sulfate on the young rats intestinalischemia-reperfusion intestinal injury for the clinical application of sulfuric acid magnesiumprevention and treatment of intestinal ischemia-reperfusion intestinal injury animalexperiments reference.Methods:50Sprague Dawley rats with4-week-old were randomly divided into three groups.(1) sham-operated group (SG)10, only free the superior mesenteric artery occlusion of SMAdrawn were sacrificed after1hour;(2) intestinal ischemia-reperfusion group (I/R) group and(3) magnesium sulfate intervention (MPG) group of20, I/R and MPG group free and clippingSMA1h reperfusion before I/R group through the femoral vein injection of saline0.2ml, theMPG group by10%magnesium sulfate100mg/kg injection in the same way to intervene, andthen perfusion1h,1.5h each time point were sacrificed after10animals in each group smallintestine drawn for the research and intestinal mucosa of the small intestine histopathologyinjury Chiu’s score, while inhibition of pyrogallol auto-oxidation method for thedetermination of serum superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity.Results:SPSS16.0statistical software for statistical analysis, measurement data to mean soilstandard deviation (x|-±s), group comparisons using paired t test groups were compared usingone-way ANOVA, take a=0.05, p <0.05was considered statistically significant. Conclusions:(1) bowel general concept: the the SG group of the small intestine no bleeding, edema, rosycolor; wall of the small intestine of the I/R group was significantly congestion, edema, darkred in color, the serious part of the purple, intestinal tissue is visible in the inflammatoryexudate; MPG group improved compared with the I/R group.(2) histological observation: I/R group intestinal tissue apparent pathological damage,extension of time with reperfusion injury gradually increased, the performance of the smallintestine villus epithelial cells off, lamina propria congestion, edema, bleeding area, therehave been more inflammatory cell infiltration and ulceration, small intestinal Chiu’s6ratingsprompt: the MPG group of injury trend is basically the same as the I/R group, but the degreeof injury than the I/R group light,(3) serum the SOD results show that the I/R group young rats SOD activity decreasedgradually with the prolongation of reperfusion the MPG group of young young rats serum ofSOD activity trend is basically the same I/R group, but each time point the young serumactivity of SOD content significantly between the two groups were significantly different (P<0.05) as compared to the I/R group.Conclusion: intestinal ischemia-reperfusion cause intestinal pathological changes, this changewith the reperfusion time prolonged and severe, serum SOD activity change as reperfusionextension weakened. Magnesium sulfate can reduce the pathological damage of the intestinaltissue, and by the increase in the expression of SOD activity of magnesium sulfate on thegrowth and development of young young rats intestinal tissue ischemia-reperfusion intestinalinjury in young rats.
