[Objective] In the small intestine ischemia reperfusion (intestinal ischemia-reperfusion injury, Ⅱ/R) based on the model, the juvenile rats and adult rats after ischemia reperfusion of intestine slices HE staining were observed, in juvenile and adult rats during intestinal ischemia-reperfusion injury of intestine morphology when compared, for clinical experiment bedding and guidance.[Methods] By4weeks of experimental animal healthy SD rats aged20, body weight150-200g,10weeks of age (health reference" Laboratory Animal Science"2006,3,1edition. China Agricultural University press,20) rats, body weight250-300g, purchased from Kunming Medical University, both in experimental animal before conventional feeding, preoperative prepare for:drinking water restrictions, fasting12h. Take the rats were divided into young rats (4weeks old) and adult rats (10weeks old) in two groups, each group of20, group of four observation points, each point of observation to5mice, four observation points:at the start of peritoneal free (open only the superior mesenteric artery, no other treatment put to death), ischemia (1H free superior mesenteric artery ligation afterlwhen executed),1H reperfusion (free of superior mesenteric artery ligation for1hours, openl hours),2h reperfusion (free of superior mesenteric artery ligation for1hours, open2hours). The statistics group by paired t test, group to take a single element variance test. P<0.05, showing statistically significant.[Conclusions] Intestinal ischemia reperfusion injury caused by intestinal pathological changes of alignment, juvenile rats with reperfusion injury is heavy, and occurred earlier, early already peaked; adult rat injury is relatively light, slow development.
