Qiling Decoction On Damp Type Gynecological Isease Cin Ⅰ-Ⅱ Clinical Study

Objective:Observation of Qi Ling Decoction in the treatment of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN Ⅰ-Ⅱ) clinical efficacy and safety, to maximum normal to improve the outcome of CIN rate, make excessive treatment problems, to explore the clinical treatment of cervical precancerous lesion and oral Chinese medicine has no toxic side effect to provide effective basis.Method:Cell diagnosis using the most advanced technology of automatic DNA analysis system, for large-scale screening of cervical cancer and precancerous lesions, and through three steps to improve the diagnosis of cervical precancerous lesions, the positive rate; In90cases of damp type gynecological disease (CIN Ⅰ-Ⅱ) patients as the research object, randomly divided into Chinese medicine group (Qiling party) in30cases,30cases of Baofukang suppository group, combination group (Qi Ling Decoction+Baofukang suppository) in30cases, after three courses of treatment, comparison before and after treatment of cervical aneuploid cell number changes, CIN clinical curative effect, TCM syndrome integral, cervical local improvement and related inspection, analysis and judgment of drug efficacy, safety.Result:The combined group of Chinese medicine group, the cure rate of CIN were80%,93.33%,93.33%,100%respectively; TCM syndrome average improvement rate were81.3±13.5%,84.8±10.07%, all have significant difference with Baofukang suppository group (P<0.01); after treatment of cervical cell DNA quantitative analysis was obviously reduce, traditional Chinese Medicine group, combination group with Baofukang suppository group the difference between the two groups was significant (P<0.05). The Chinese medicine group, CIN Ⅰ CIN Ⅱ were93.33%,86.67%, Qi Ling Decoction on CIN I, no significant difference between the therapeutic effects of CIN II (P>0.05). The combined group of Chinese medicine group, HPV seroconversion rates were84.6%,87.5%, the effective rate of cervical erosion was88%,91.67%, no significant difference with Baofukang suppository group (P>0.05). CIN Ⅰ, CIN Ⅱ TCM Syndromes of two groups had no significant difference in the rate of improvement. The Chinese medicine group, CIN Ⅰ CIN Ⅱ with HPV infection negative rates were91.7%,78.6%, no difference between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion:Qi Ling can reverse CIN from low to high lesion development process, the CIN Ⅰ-Ⅱ have a better therapeutic effect; can improve the immune function of the body, expel the pathogenic factor, the number decreased cervical aneuploid cells, reduce the cell variation degree, has good curative effect for cervical erosion is improved, and obvious improvement of CIN Ⅰ-Ⅱ in patients with HPV negative rate; play a role in the regulation of the whole, can effectively improve the leucorrhea quantity, dampness due to downward color, quality, abnormal odor and the waist sour pain, two negative, bitter taste and dry mouth symptoms, curative effect is better than that of Baofukang suppository; but both the combination effect is better; at the same time treatment of the party, the effective rate was higher than that of some domestic and foreign literature reported CIN turnover rate.
