Clinical Studies About Treating The Cervical Intraepithelial Neoplasia With Human Papilloma Virus Infection With Loop Electrosurgical Excision Procedure United Zhi Ming Ling Shuan

[Purpose and significance] To observe the clinical effect of treating cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) associated with human papilloma virus (HPV) infection with loop electrosurgical excision procedure (LEEP) combined with Zhi Ming Ling Shuan. Based on the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine, to give full play to the traditional Chinese medicine characteristics, through the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine, trying to make up the insufficiency of western medicine treatment for the virus infectious disease, such as mutiple side-effects and low clearance rate, and seeking a kind of practical and effective way to prevent and cure precancerous lesions of uterine cervix.[Method]Ninety patients with the type of damp-heat CIN Ⅱ and high-risk type HPV diagnosed and treated in Fuzhou General Hospital between October in2011to2012were chosen as the research subjects.They were randomly devided into three groups by the envelop method, experiment group (LEEP united with Zhi Ming Ling Shuan), Xin Fu Ning Group (LEEP united with Xin Fu Ning) and Blank control group (LEEP), each group of30cases. Continuous treatment of3courses, compare follow-up three groups of patients after vaginal drainage, bleeding, duration and quantity, coagulant time, the result of HPV-DNA test, thinprep cytologic test, Traditional Chinese Mdeicine(TCM) syndrome score, to determine three groups of therapeutic effect.[Results]①After12weeks of review,the blank control group,compared with the trial group and Xin Fu Ning Group, the volume of postoperative vagianl bleeding are as followes14.90±6.53、8.47±2.81、9.57±2.65, the time are as followes9.27±3.07、7.20±2.62、8.97±2.66, the volume of postoperative vagianl discharge are as follows17.97±6.40、10.20±3.86、12.90±4.39, the time are as follows10.47±3.42、7.78±2.40、9.27±2.95, TCM syndrome improvement rate are as follows57.57±17.10、72.73±20.60、63.20±22.40, HPV negative rate test are as follows40.00%、80.00%、83.33%. In the comparision of TCM syndrome curative effect,1patient were recovery,21patients were obvious effective,8patients were effective in the trial group;13patients were obvious effective,17patients were effective in the Xin Fu Ning group;7patients were obvious effective,23patients were effective in the blank control group;②The blank control group compared with the Xin Fu Ning group, postoperative vaginal discharge, bleeding time and volume, wound healing, effective rate of TCM Syndrome, the curative of TCM Syndrome, HPV negative rate all have significant differences (P<0.05);③The trial group compared with the Xin Fu Ning group, time and amount of vaginal discharge were no significant differences (P>0.05),time and amount of vaginal bleeding, wound healing time, HPV negative rate isn’t neither a difference (P>0.05), effective rate of TCM Syndrome and the curative of TCM Syndrome have significant difference by statistics(P<0.05);④The trial group compared with the blank control group, time and amount of vaginal discharge and vaginal bleeding, wound healing time, effective rate of TCM Syndrome,the curative of TCM Syndrome and HPV negative rate have significant difference by statistics(P<0.05).There is significant differences between three groups by statistics.[Conclusions]:The therapeutic effect of Zhi Ming Ling Shuan is proved efficient in the clinical research on the type of damp-heat of CINII combined with HPV infection patients. Zhi Ming Ling Shuan not only improves patient’s symptom, but also obviously cuts down the HPV infection rate. Furthermore, it is safe and cheap, deserved to popularize and applicate.
