[Objective] To observe and study the absorbable anchor nail reconstruction ofextensor tendon for clinical efficacy and safety.[Methods]40patients with extensor tendon fracture were admitted from January2009to June2012. In this group of40patients,13cases were women,27cases were menand the ages ranged from18to68years old with an average age of34.93.25of the caseswere a closed injury,15cases were open injuries. There were11index finger cases,12middle finger cases,13ring finger cases and4little finger cases. Resorbable micro boneanchoring nail reconstruction of extensor tendon avulsion gakkel Kirschner wire fixationfor surgical treatment, patients’ clinical information was collected and the advantages anddisadvantages of clinical efficacy were analysed.[Results] At the6~24months follow-up visit, No patients had his extensor tendonbreak again and the fingers could be used properly. Using the Dargen function evaluationstandard evaluation, there were28superior examples,9good examples,3fair examplesand the rate of success was92.5%.[Conclusion] The application of absorbable anchors reconstruction extensor tendon iseasy to operate, has stable fixation, the material can be absorbed, and little residual is left. There is also fewer complications and the finger function recovery is good. Therefore, thismedical method should be induced.
