But there are some inherent weakness of moxibustion such as lack of convenience, environmental pollution and easily hurting others. The promotion and popularization of moxibustion therapy encountered many difficulties. And this great therapy gradually disappears in the sight of our life. With the development of computer and sensor technology, the combination of technology and moxibustion therapy become possible.E-moxibustion instrument is a new type of moxibustion therapy based on traditional Chinese medicine theory, combined with modern medicinal extracts, magnetic therapy and other technology.This research work includes the following aspects:Firstly, the background, significance and other similar products released by manufacturers or the scientific unit are researched.The basic requirements of e-moxibustion instrument are determined and analysis needs of technologies include: microprocessor, sensor technology and PID controllers.Secondly, by studying the technical requirements and functional requirements of system, getting the system needs analysis, and the overall design of the system.Thirdly, the hardware design is divided into selecting chips and drawing circuit schematic. Different chip prices, performance, accuracy and other attributes are compared, and combining with the actual needs of the system,At last,AT89C52and DS18B20are choosed as microprocessor and sensor and draw several circuit schematics.Finally, system software, including collecting and testing the temperature information, controlling heating resistance wire, and human interface (digital display and keyboard) are developed. In addition, the PID controller and the "watchdog" technique are used to meet the system requirement. Electronic moxibustion instrument basically reach the initial requirements of design,and the temperature detection, the time and temperature control, the real-time display information and other functional requirements are completed. |
