Background: Cervical carcinoma is one of gynaecology commommalignities. The morbidity of cervical carcinoma is in the second place ofwomen malignants, especially in developing counties.Tt’s mortality is inthe fiest place persistently. The morbidity of cervical cancer in Chinaaccounts for about one-third of the world. Now it’s clear that HPVinfection is the main cause of cervical cancer. It’s a long process fromcervical lesion to cervical cancer. Therefore cervical carcinoma can beprevented and cured.Tt’s important to diagnose and therapy. Preventionof cervical cancer can be done through early screening for earlyintervention. At present, there are a lot of cervical disease screeningtechnology is widely applied to clinical, including HPV examination andTCT examination has important clinical value. This article is mainly totwo inspection methods used alone and combined use of cervical diseasescreening value for research. Adopted by the traditional literature review, such as the weight method is difficult to guarantee authenticity, reliability, and scientific research results, especially when multiple research resultsare inconsistent, the conclusion easily misleading or confusing. And Meta analysis is a kind of new research means and modern scientific methods,it was based on the existing literature as the research object, formulatestrict and exclusion criteria, and then on into the secondary analysis of theliterature. Meta analysis of the characteristics can be on the same problemto evaluate the consistency of the different research results, the effectindex, the evaluation is more objective and comprehensive processaccords with people to understand the objective laws. Research purposefor this paper comprehensive search of HPV and the liquid basedcytology for cervical disease screening the application value of literature, according to include and exclude standard screening related literature, meta analysis method was applied to the secondary analysis included inthe literature, in order to better guide the HPV examination, liquid basedcytology and two methods of combined use of effective application inclinical work, maximum limit to reduce cervical cancer threat to women’shealth.Objecyive: This is a meta analysis to compare test performancecharacteristics of cytologic test and HPV test with regard to theiraccuracy in the detection of high grade cervical intraepithelial inprimary cancer screening.Study design: We search database ande retrieve of all studies inaccordance with strict selection standards where all subjects are submittedto gold standard verificationg.According to the different screening methods, three groups are defined, and we evaluate the efficiency ofcervical diseases detection of each group.RESULT: Nighteen studies are included according to the strict selectiongstandards, and severnteen of them are in Chinses, two of them are inEnglish.Result: According to the formulation of inclusion criteria and exclusioncriteria, were selected articles conforming documents, including17inChinese literature,2piece of English literature. Ten of the paper not onlystudied the HPV examination and the diagnostic value of TCTexamination application separately, and also combined the two methodsapplied to study the clinical value of screening for cervical disease.Liquid based cytology test and HPV examination, the OR value of0.56,I~2is24%, P <0.00001,that is the clinical value of cervical diseasescreening of liquid based cytology test is better than that of HPVexamination. HPV examination and joint application check the value tocompare two methods, the OR value of0.26, I2is48%, P <0.00001,namely Combined the two methods used for cervical diseasescreening value superior to using HPV examination. Liquid basedcytology test and joint application check the value to compare twomethods, the OR value of0.49, I~2is48%, P <0.00001,namely Combinedthe two methods used for cervical disease screening value superior tousing Liquid based cytology test only. Conclusion: The combination of HPV test and Liquid-based cytologictest reveals higher efficiency than use any test alone in cervical cancerscreening.
