Background: Because of paraquat poisoning’s small fanal dose, strongtoxic and no effective antidote, the rates of mortality are also significant. The research to find out the factors prognostic factors related to patientswith paraquat poisoning has extremely vital significance.Purpose: To explore the prognostic risk factors of PQP by analyzing theclinical data of the48cases of patients with paraquat poisoning, whichcan be used t and to provide the scientific basis for predicting theoutcome and clinician providing proper care。Method: The clinical data of48paraquat poisoning patients wascollected during the time from Nolvember,2011to March31,2013inICU of China-Japan Union Hospital of Jilin university, These data includethe patient’s information of clinical outcome, age, gender, the time fromthe gastric lavage to poisoning, the time from the PD to poisoning,Complete blood cell counts, pancreatic function, hepatic function,renalfunction,CK-MB, albumin, arteial blood gas analysis results and theAPACHEII score and SOFA24h score. The patients were divided intodeath group and survival group. The difference of these indexes the twogroup was compared in single factor ANOVA;The index, which has difference in24hours between the two group in single factor ANOVA(P<0.05),were analyzed with binary logistic regression to predict the riskof death. Results: There are32died cases and53survival cases in the48cases,the rate of mortality is66.67%.There are differences of the amount ofingestion,WBC,NEUT, AST, ALT, total bilirubin, serumcreatinine,CK-MB, PaCO2,BE,Lac,APACHEⅡ及SOFA24h scorebetween the death group and the survival group(P<0.05);ROC curveprompt amount taken has the biggest AUC,and next is HCO3-,Lac,APACHE II score,AST, numeration of leukocyte. Conclusion: The dose of the toxicity, WBC, GLT, total bilirubin,serum,creatinine,CK-MB,PH,PaCO2,BE,Lac,APACHEII score, andSOFA score can be used as the prognostic indicators; The ability ofprognosis discrimination successively is amount taken, HCO3-,Lac,APACHE II score,AST, numeration of leukocyte.
