The Surgical Treatments Of The Pancreatic Head Benign Tumours(Repotr Of25Cases)

Objective:Through the different surgical treatment of pancreatic head benigntumors after operation and clinical observation, in order to provide areasonable treatment for pancreatic head benign tumors of the surgicalprocedure.Methods:Retrospective analysis in January2006to March2013undergraduate course room all pancreatic head benign tumor after surgeryin patients with clinical data, a total of25cases, among them theduodenal pancreatic head resection (PD) in12patients with treatment, theretention of duodenal pancreatic head resection (DPPHR)6cases,7casesof simple tumor resection. Is divided into three groups according todifferent operation ways, to groups of operation time, intraoperativeblood loss, postoperative complications, and after the comparison andanalysis, respectively.Results:PD group in pancreatic fistula, postoperative infection, drainage tubeindwelling time than DPPHR group and simple tumor resection in thetwo groups, each group, P <0.05, the difference is statistically significant;Simple tumor resection group in the operation time, intraoperative bloodloss, length of hospital stay, postoperative secondary hyperglycemia islower than PD group and DPPHR group, each group, P <0.05, the difference is statistically significant; DPPHR and simple tumor resectiongroup secondary hyperglycemia after surgery, postoperative exhaust time,respectively, compared with PD group, P <0.05, the difference isstatistically significant.Conclusion:1.During the operation,Simple tumor resection, and DPPHR isduodenal pancreatic head resection in the patients body with less trauma,better retain the normal pancreatic tissue than PD, which impact on theinterior and exocrine pancreas system is small, and better maintain theintegrity of the digestive tract.2.According to the position of the pancreatic head benign tumor, size,number, coated is complete, relation with surrounding tissues and otherfactors and intraoperative situation, in guarantee under the premise ofradical resection, should try to choose small trauma, operation methodcan keep more in the pancreas.
