The10cases PPPD compared with20cases of PD were compared postoperative recovery.RESULTS:PPPD and PD for the two groups were operative time (265±51) min vs.(298±62) m in.] tube indwelling time [(5.4±1.6) d vs.(6.5±13)d)] blood transfusions (1±0.8) U vs.(16±09) U], pancreatic leakagerate (10%vs.20%) no difference; Concurrent incidence of bile leakage(10%vs.10%),PPPD group delayed gastric emptying, no significantincidence (30%vs.10%) no difference, and postoperative hospital stay(13.9±4) d vs (17.3±5.9) d)] is lower than PD group, P values>0.05,but no significant difference between the two groups.CONClUSION:As the promoting function in recent years surgical concept andreduce intraoperative blow, retains the pylorus of pancreaticoduodenalresection (PPPD) is to use more surgery in recent years, PPPD surgery tosave the organ function of the stomach and pyloric, simplify operation, smalltrauma, shortening operation time, reduce the postoperativecomplications, to improve postoperative nutritional status of patients toimprove patients postoperative quality of life.
