Objective:to observe the inhibition Dezocine small doses muscle loose induced orotracheal intubation choke well stimulation, stress response and the influence of the vocal cord paralysis, and discussed its feasibility and safety.Methods:choose vein suction compound anesthesia thyroid surgery ASA grade1~2level of patients sixty cases were randomly divided into dezocine group (group D:twenty cases) and lidocaine group (L groups:twenty cases) and control group (K groups:twenty patients), D group, give dezocine0.1mg/kg; L group to do more pronounced1mg/ml; K group was given isodose physiological saline. Three groups were induced by midazolan stability0.05mg/kg, propofol1~2mg/kg, etomidate0.3mg/kg, rocurioum0.3mg/kg, sufentanil0.5ug/kg, the patients with TOF monitoring, adequate ventilation, to muscle loose full work, by the same high qualification attending doctor do visual laryngoscopy endotracheal tube, observe and record patients before induction (TO), endotracheal intubation (T1) before and after intubation (T1) each time point of systolic blood pressure (SBP), diastolic blood pressure (DBP), heart rate (HR), and the generation after intubation of choke cough response, the vocal cord paralysis situation to record.Results:1. The number, age, gender ratio, patient weight, operation time and anesthesia time differences were no statistical significance (P>0.05).2. Hemodynamic indexes, systolic blood pressure (SBP), diastolic blood pressure (DBP), heart rate (HR):(1) in the TO and T1time points, three groups of SBP, DBP, HR is no difference (P>0.05);(2) in the T2date, D, L group was significantly lower than the value K group, group D, L group and K group (P<0.05)(3) K group in T2time point is obviously higher than that of the TO, T1time point of SBP, DBP and HR,(P<0.05); Group D, L group in T2time point below the TO,(P<0.05), group D, L group in T1time point and TO time point does not change significantly, compared with difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05),(4) L group and K group in T2time point and TO point does not change significantly, compared with C group differences.3. Line endotracheal intubation in patients with choke cough response: group D, L group obviously less than K group, and there is a statistical significance (P<0.05); Group D choke cough response less than L group, there is statistically significant group D, L group in T2time point below the TO,(P<0.05),4. Tube drawing period adverse reaction comparison:D group of adverse reaction obviously less than L group, K group, and there is a statistical significance, L group and K group comparison, no significant difference between the two groups, there is no statistical significance (P>0.05).Conclusion:1, Dezocine for small dose muscle loose under general anesthesia endotracheal intubation response have inhibition, safe and effective.2, Dezocine and lidocaine in inhibition of endotracheal intubation for when coughing and choking reflect endotracheal intubation for circulation influence effect have no obvious difference, but dezocine groups were drawn tube period more stable and comfortable.
