Objective: Through the statistical analysis of risk factors, symptoms,signs and imaging findings,Comparison between disc tissue biologycharacteristics,to provide diagnostic basis for young calcification type lumbarintervertebral disc protrusion,The calcification of the related mechanism isdiscussed in this paper.Method: Divide182cases of young patients into lumbar disc prolapsebetween non calcified disc calcification group and the disk group, through theimaging findings.Constrast the factors about the age, gender, BMI, hamstringstrain, long standing history of sedentary, trauma, and fatigue level, family history,smoking history, degree of education,and the symptoms, signs and imaging data ofthe two groups for analysis.Compare the surgical removal of nucleus pulposus andfiber ring specimen on histological, from each selected15cases in two groups ofsurgery.Result:1. Information on risk factors in patients with182cases of single factoranalysis, After the single factor analysis BY dangerous factors of182patientsdatas, Hamstring strain, history of long standing sedentary, trauma, are relatedfactors of young calcified lumbar disc herniation. Multivariate analysis showedthat hamstring tightness is the main factor of calcification.2. After the single factor analysis by statistics Lumbar curvature straighten,sacrospinous muscle spasmare related factors of young calcified lumbar discherniation. Significant calcification group and non calcification group had nosignificant difference through other results.3. According to the results of Pathological sections by optical microscope:Specimens were lost its normal structure, cell and cartilage cell swelling porouscollagen fiber ring, size, irregular arrangement, fiber thin and uneven, fiber ring nucleus pulposus transitional zone is not obvious, part of the fiber by radialcrack size, there is a red cells. Calcification group specimens under lightmicroscope, there is radial fissure sizes ranging from calcified tissuesurrounding a large number of red blood cell infiltration and fibrous tissuesaround. In Partial calcification groups and non calcified,hamstring muscletension specimens are new capillary under the light microscope in the fiber ring,and the fiber ring radial cracks and bleeding extent than other non calcificationgroup patients were.Conclusion:1. hamstring tightness, long standing sedentary, trauma may lead to theyouth of calcified protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc, The hamstringtightness is the main factor.2. Related factors in lumbar curvature straighten, sacrospinal musclespasm of young calcified lumbar disc herniation.3. Intervertebral disc calcification may and fiber ring damage andhemorrhage, There are more vascularized fibrous ring injury, hemorrhage andcalcification group and non calcified and hamstring tightness than patients withother non-calcified groups.
