Objective:To examine the accident of dysaudia according to “two step diagnostic” for auditionevaluation in changcun area that138infants did not through twice ears examination,and toconfirm the types and the situation of dysaudiaMethods:138infants selected not through twice ears examination,suspected dysaudia,inChangchun maternal and child care service centre between July2011and December2012were transferred to our hospital in order to perform two step diagnostic, the first step wasprimary diagnose including DPOAE, AABR and acoustic immitance examination, if somepatients was normal after the first step, and performed the second stepexamination(confirmed diagnose) that were ABR and ASSR, HICT scan can do ifnecessary. all patients were followed up.Results:127patients, account for92percent,were normal through the first step;11patientsincluding6cases of transmission deafness that there were3secretory otitis media(6ears),3congenital aural atresia(single ear2,double ears1),5perceptive deafness that4cases ofserious hearing loss,1extremal serious hearing loss, were8percent.2cases wereconfirmed Large Vestibular Aquduct Syndrome according to imageConclusions:1.The high percent of falsepositive is prevalent in infant audition examination, Thecombination diagnostic of DPOAE plus AABR plus Acoustic Immitance Examinationcombined with primary diagnose can exclude falsepositive results quickly. conveniently orexactly, release patients pain and reduce the load of economy and psychology of parents.2.The two step diagnostic, lead to therapy, is helpful for dysaudia infant in discoveryand diagnose as early as possible.
