| Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Fuzi-Lizhong Decoction on disease with Hp infection and Deficient cold of spleen and stomach.Methods:Sixty patients were equally divided into the experimental group and control group, which were selected from Department of Gastroenterology and TCM of Fujian people’s hospital during February,2012to December,2012. The experimental and control group were respectively given Fuzi-Lizhong Decoction and a standard triple therapy. Both of them considered five days as a course of treatment and received a total of two courses of treatment. Joint antibacterial therapy was given to control group for10days. After two courses of treatment, with the same prescription with experimental group, the lengthening group was made up by the patients from the experimental group with unsatisfactory curative effect or Hp positive infection with a total of10courses of treatment (5days as a course).Results4Analysis of effect on eradication of Hp:Compared with the experimental group, the Hp eradication rate in control group was higher than that of experimental group (P<0.05) and they showed significant difference with each other. Compared with the control group, the Hp eradication rate in lengthening and control group showed no significant difference (P>0.05)2.Integral analysis of symptoms of abdominal pain:Compared with the symptoms before treatment, the symptom of abdominal pain in control group and experimental group were significantly relieved (P<0.01).Compared with the symptoms of abdominal pain in control group, the symptom of abdominal pain in lengthening group were significantly relieved (P<0.01),while the other symptoms were not (P>0.05).3.Integral analysis of symptoms and signs:Compared with the symptoms before treatment, the symptom of crymodynia, cold limbs and frequently diarrhea in experimental group were relieved (P<0.05);the symptom of abdominal pain, dull pain, frequently fear of cold, cold limbs, thermophilic aversion to cool, fatigued spirit and pale tongue in lengthening group were significantly relieved (P<0.01);the symptom of long-time suppressed appetite, distention, fullness, belching and frequently diarrhea in lengthening group were relieved (P<0.05) 4.Analysis of the total effect:At the end of treatment, the effective rate of Deficient cold of spleen and stomach in experimental group and control group were37.04%and3.85%. Compared with the control group, the total efficiency of experimental group was higher.Compared with the symptom-and-sign score of Deficient cold of spleen and stomach before treatment, the lengthening group showed significant difference (P<0.05),which implied that the prolong treatment could relieve the syndrome and improve the curative effect.The cure-remarkable-effectiveness rate of the lengthening group was27.78%and the total effective rate was100%, which showed a significant difference compared with the control group and its curative effect was better than the control group.Conclusion:1.Fuzi-Lizhong Decoction had certain curative effect in the short-term treatment of Hp eradication therapy. Hp eradicate rate could be improved after a longer treatment.2.After a longer treatment, Hp eradicate rate showed no difference between the of therapy Fuzi-Lizhong Decoction and standard triple antibiotic therapy.3.Under the treatment of Fuzi-Lizhong Decoction and standard triple antibiotic therapy, the symptom of abdominal pain were significantly relieved while the other symptoms were not.4.There was no obvious side effects in the treatment of Hp infection with Deficient cold of spleen and stomach by Fuzi-Lizhong Decoction. In conclusion, Fuzi-Lizhong Decoction has clinical practical value in the treatment of Hp infection with Deficient cold of spleen and stomach. |
