Study On Traditional Chinese Medical Symptom Factors’Distribution Law In Period Of Epileptic Seizures

Objective:To explore the Traditional Chinese Medical symptom factors’distribution law in period of epileptic seizures, and provide objective repfernce for curing patients with period of epileptic seizures with Traditional Chinese Medicine in clinical practice.Methods:Use syndrome factor differentiation method,to establish material collection form’ of four diagnostic, and collect the foru diagnostic information of160patients with pe-riod of epileptic seizures which corresponded with inclusion criteria depend on epidemiolo-gical investigation,and adopt symptom factors differentiation to extract the symptom factors in every endoscopic staging of patients with period of epileptic seizures, analyze and process the extract data by SPSS16.0statistics software.Results:1. The primary symptom factors of diseases location in period of epileptic seizures were liver and mind. There were significantly different between liver, mind and meridian, kidney, heart, gallbladder, stomach, bones, spleen (P<0.05). There were no significant difference between liver and mind (P>0.05).2. The major symptom factors of diseases’character in period of epileptic seizures were moving wind, sputum, closed, hot, wet, blood stasis. There were significantly different be-tween wing, sputum, closed and hot, wet, blood deficiency, yin deficiency, bold stasis, Qi stagnation, Yang kang, Qi deficiency, Yang hyperactivity, gas is not solid(P<0.05). There were no signifycant difference between moving wind and sputum and closed (P>0.05).3. When the disease in the liver, the primary symptom factors of diseases’character was moving wind, followed by sputum, closed, yin deficiency. By the statistical comparison, There were significantly different between wing and sputum, closed, yin deficiency(P<0.05); There also haved significantly different between sputum and closed, yin deficiency(P<0.05); There were no significantly different between closed, yin deficiency (P>0.05). When the disease in the mind, the primary symptom factors of diseases’character was closed, followed by sputum, hot, moving wind, blood deficiency. By the statistical comparison, There were significantly different between closed and sputum, hot, moving wind, blood deficiency(P <0.05); There also haved significantly different between sputum and hot, moving wind, blood deficiency(P<0.05); There were no significantly different betweenhot and moving wind and blood deficiency (P>0.05).Conclusion:1. The symptom factors of diseases location in period of epileptic seizures were liver, mind and meridian, kidney, heart, gallbladder, stomach, bones, spleen. the primary sym- ptom factors of diseases location were liver and mind.It suggested that the focus were liver and mind when treated patients of epileptic seizures in clinical.2. The symptom factors of diseases’character in period of epileptic seizures were wing, sputum, closed, hot, wet, blood deficiency, yin deficiency, bold stasis, Qi stagnation, Yang kang, Qi deficiency, Yang hyperactivity, gas is not solid. the primary symptom factors of diseases’character were wing, sputum, closed, hot, wet, blood deficiency. It suggested that primary therapy of syndrome differentiation in clinical were Xifeng and Ditan, clear-headed and resuscitation, clearing heat and dissolving damp, promoting blood circulation.3. When the disease in the liver, the primary symptom factors of diseases’ character was moving wind, followed by sputum. When the disease in the mind,the primary symptom fac-tors of diseases’character was closed, followed by sputum.It suggested that the mainly the-rapy of syndrome differentiantion of liver were Xifeng and Ditan. clear-headed,resuscitation, Hutan were the primary therapy of syndrome differentiation of mind.
