Research background:With the improvement of the Chinese people’s living standards, the change of lifestyle and the change of diet, the incidence of colorectal cancer is increasing year by year.lt becomes a serious threat to the life in the common malignant tumor. The greatest harm of colorectal cancer is that early patients have almost no symptoms, when they have symptoms, most have lost the best opportunity for treatment. Therefor the best way is to improve the early diagnosis rate, reduce the incidence. Thus, to find a effective method on colorectal cancer early diagnosis, judging prognosis has become a hot issue in current. Through the detection of the P16, and the research to colorectal cancer early of different type of TCM, combination of TCM and Western medicine treatments of colorectal cancer have a role to play, and the gene targeted therapy of colorectal cancer early provides certain basis.Objective:Through the study of P16expression in cancer tissue of early colorectal cancer, and to investigate the relationship between P16and colorectal cancer in early stage of each type of tcm. Study the role of P16in the development of early colorectal cancer, so as to provide a certain guidance to early diagnosis and treatment of colorectal cancer. Objects and methods:All the cases were from the second people’s Hospital of Fujian Province. Select criteria of colorectal cancer patients of early intestinal type and damp-heat in spleen and kidney yang deficiency syndrome in20cases,20cases of normal control group, immunohistochemical staining (EliVision TMsuper method) to detect the expression of P16in normal tissue and the different TCM syndrome types of in colorectal cancer, and to explore its correlation.Result:1.The expression of P16in normal control group were significantly higher than that of colorectal cancer in early stage. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).2the positive rates of the P16of the normal control group was higher than that of dampness and heat in the intestinal group, Yang deficiency of spleen and kidney group.The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The expression of P16of dampness and heat in intestinal was higher than that of spleen kidney yang deficiency group.The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:1. The rate of P16positive expression in normal mucosa tissues was significantly higher than that of early colorectal cancer tissues, which can be used as one symbol of the biological marker and disease important period of assessment.2. P16expression are different in different TCM Syndromes of early colorectal cancer. |
