Study On The Clinical Curative Effect Of Bazhengsan Oral Combin-Ed With TDP Irradiation In Treating Urinary Retention After Anore-Ctal Surgery

Objictive:To observe the clinical curative effect of raditional Chinese medicine ba zheng san formula particles oral combined with TDP irradiation in treating urinary retention after anorectal surgery.Method:The Second Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine is regarded as the evaluation unit, anorectal postoperative patients are regarded as the observation object.According to the order of90cases of operative patients. Thses patients were randomly divided into three groups:ba zheng san formula particles oral combined with TDP irradiation group, ba zheng san formula particles oral group and TDP irradiation group,30patients in each group. Observe thses patients’results of the time of urination after operation, the postoperative urinary retention rate,the level of Urination and abdominal distention.And the curative effect of the patients of three groups.Result:The result of the comparison for the treatment effect of three groups’patients:the treatment effect of ba zheng san formula particles oral combined with TDP irradiation group was better than the other groups, p<0.05. The difference was statistically significant, the difference between two comparison groups has no significant. The result of the comparison for the postoperative urinary retention rate:the postoperative urinary retention rate of ba zheng san formula particles oral combined with TDP irradiation group was lower than the other groups, p<0.05, The difference was statistically significant, the difference between two comparison groups has no significant.The result of the comparison for bladder residual urine volume:the bladder residual urine volume of ba zheng san formula particles oral combined with TDP irradiation group was lower than the other groups, p<0.05, the difference was statistically significant, the difference between two comparison groups has no significant. The result of the comparison for the average postoperative voiding time:the average postoperative voiding time of ba zheng san formula particles oral combined with TDP irradiation group was lower than the other groups, p<0.05,The difference was statistically significant the difference between two comparison groups has no significant. The result of the comparison for integral of Urination and abdominal symptoms:the ba zheng san formula particles oral combined with TDP irradiation group was lower than the other groups, p<0.05,The difference was statistically significant, the difference between two comparison groups has no significant, p>0.05. The result of the comparison for the rate of three groups’ patients appeared urinary retention again:three groups’patients did not appear urine retention cases again.Conclusions:Through the compare between the ba zheng san formula particles oral combined with TDP irradiation group and the other groups, the treatment effect of the ba zheng san formula particles oral combined with TDP irradiation group was better than the other groups. Greatly reduces the postoperative pain of patients and the treatment method is almost no side effects, treatment is conveniently, operation is simply, it’s worthy of clinical application.
