Clinical Observation On Jingtianfuzheng Prescription With Radical Radiotherapy To Treat The Nun-Small Cell Lung Cancer

Objective:According to the understanding of Chinese medicine for lung cancer, to study traditional Chinese medicine combined with radical radiotherapy in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer, Observation of Sedum FuzhengKangai decoction from a clinical perspective clinical curative effect combined with radiotherapy in treatment of advanced NSCLC and the quality of life for patients, To explore its possible mechanism, To provide a cheap, effect reducing adverse reaction of lung cancer radiotherapy and effective drug for clinical practice.Methods:According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, choose Hunan University of Chinese Medicine oncology patients in40cases, using randomized digital table method, divided into radical radiotherapy group and Sedum Fuzhengkangai Decoction plus radiotherapy in treatment group, the clinical research prospective, randomized control. Observed before and after treatment, changes in patients with tumor, Karnofsky score, changes in patients with tumor, Karnofsky score, TCM symptom improvement and side reactions, and statistical analysis.All results were performed using SPSS17.0statistical processing.Results:In the aspect of symptomatic efficacy of Chinese medicine, The treatment group after treatment of cough, chest pain symptoms than the control group, there was significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). After the completion of radiotherapy, The treatment group KPS increased to stabilize or majority, the control group to reduce the majority, there was significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05); Total effective rate in treatment group and control group (CR+PR) were30%,20%, stable disease rate (CR+PR+SD) were80%,75%. Two groups of efficient and stable rate showed no significant difference compared. The treatment group in patients with acute radiation pneumonitis, leucocyte reduce side reaction is less than that of the control group, there was significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment group in the TCM syndromes, acute radiation toxicity, Karnofsky score were superior to the control group, In the treatment of solid tumors, there is no statistically significant difference between the two groups, considering possible and small sample size and short treatment time. Through the clinical observation and analysis, Sedum Fuzheng Kangai combined with radical radiotherapy in the treatment of lung cancer, has a significant effect on reducing side effect of radiotherapy, but can improve the clinical symptoms, improve the quality of life, the clinical application is safe.
