Objective:Develop Shenyang scale that will apply to ischemic strokeChinese,and applicate Duo Yuan statistics to select and optimize theitems.Methods:Based on the previous studies, form Shenyang scale,and useShenyang scale to do a pilot survey about292ischemic stroke in-patientsas well as out-patients,100healthy people.Analyse the results of thepilot survey,select the final items of Shenyang scale.Results:By using the analysis statistical methods and specialists’discussion,analyze the items of Shenyang scale,selecting the final27items of the scale.Conclusion:By using various statistical methods as well as specialist’discussion,select thesensitive,representative,consitent,independent,relevant items.
