The TCM Syndrome Research Of Rheumatoid Arthritis In Hanoi Vietnam

Object:Purpose was to explore the rheumatoid arthritis patients with TCM syndrome manifestations and the distribution characteristics in Hanoi, Vietnam.Methods:By using the methods of clinical epidemiology design questionnaire, collection of Vietnam in501cases in Hanoi met the inclusion criteria for rheumatoid arthritis patients (RA) with syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine information. Patient age, climate, weather, season, course of illness, symptoms and other relevant information were collected by a questionnaire to analysis of various factors and TCM Syndrome Correlation, after proceeding the statistics, an objective which is Vietnam Hanoi RA traditional Chinese Medical Syndrome Distribution law was analysis.Results:501patients took the surveys and there were69males.432females with the age from25～80years old,(average age is46.11±10.43years old). For the age31～40,41～50.51～60. the incidence is higher (32.93%,1.74%,22.55%); Gender:male69cases (13.77%).432cases for women (86.23%), female incidence was significantly higher in males; Course of disease:1～260months, means21.83+34.20, where in the course in24months with408patients (81.44%) up to; Climate:hot, type (37.72%)and drying (38.32%) patients were significantly more frequently than other types of environment; Climate changes: among the501cases,487cases (97.21%) with the change in the weather, of which486cases (97%) with pain symptoms; Season:disease occurred in the summer are more common,255cases (50.89%); Syndrome type:Damp heat blockage and cold-dampness numbness type more than other types. respectively501cases out of59.88%,20.56%.Conclusion:1. Hanoi, Vietnam rheumatoid arthritis patients’ gender distribution of female patients was significantly higher than male patients, the ratio was1:6.2. Incidence of rheumatoid arthritis increases with age and the high-risk of incidence age around30to50years old. Three RA patients in Hanoi, Vietnam,3.
