objective:the research is trying to observe the influence of Turbidity-reducing Granule on α-SMA, FN and I-Collagen of Rats with five sixes kidneys cut with chronic renal failure so as to observe the mechanism of the granule in its therapy function for CRF and its resistance mechanism of renal interstitial fibrosis.Materials and methods:Select120healthy male Wistar rats, rats were randomly divided into sham operation group and model group,5/6subtotal nephrectomy method (two surgeries) to establish CFR rats. Rats were randomly divided into five groups for administration.①High-dose treatment group;②dose treatment group;③low-dose treatment group;④benazepril group;⑤model control group;⑥sham operation group (control group). Fed to animals administered or saline60consecutive days. The rats were observed before and after treatment of signs and general condition, serum BUN, Scr changes, the residual right kidney embedded in paraffin, conventional biopsy, from rat kidney biopsy, immunohistochemical staining (SP method) were used to detect a-SMA, FN and Ⅰ-collagen expression.Results:Turbidity-reducing Granule can significantly improve symptoms of rats with experimental CRF and signs, lower serum BUN, Scr, high-dose group compared with the control group difference was significant (P<0.01), high-dose treatment group and shellfish that Plymouth control group showed no significant (P>0.05); down and dirty particles can reduce the experimental rat kidney tissue a-SMA, FN and collagen I expression of high-dose group and model control group the difference was significant (P<0.01), high-dose treatment group and control group, benazepril was no significant difference (P>0.05).Conclusion:It is concluded that Turbidity-reducing Granule can prevent the express of rat kidney’s a-smooth muscle antibody; fibronecti and Ⅰ-collagen, In addition it can interfere with the interstitial fibrosis of kidney and prolong the progress of rat’s CRF.For this,the group of high does has better effect,and its effect can match that of Benazepril.
