And diabetes mellitus insulin group and the drug group of body weight, between BMI, hip circumference is P>0.05duration was not statistically different.2) diabetes insulin group TC, TG mean higher than the other three groups and and medical normal controls and tumor group P<0.05statistically significant.3) Medical normal control group FPG, FINS, homa-ir mean less than the other three groups P<0.05statistically significant. And diabetes mellitus in four groups of insulin group homa-ir highest, IAI, c-peptide minimum.4) between four groups CD3+, CD4+, CD4+/CD8+no difference.5) tumor group AFP, CEA, CA153mean higher than the other three groups and P<0.05statistically significant. CA125, CA199and insulin group, is P>0.05duration was not statistically different.6) Medical normal control group IGF-1, IGF-2mean lower than with the other three groups P<0.05statistically significant, and diabetes mellitus insulin group IGF-1, IGF-2levels in four groups, including the highest igf-ii,1and tumor group P<0.05statistically significant.7) influence of insulin resistance of risk factors such as gender, age, duration, family history, BMI and waist, hip circumference, WHR, TC and TG of logistic regression showed that BMI, waist circumference is an important risk factors for insulin resistance.8) in IGF-1, IGF-2tumor markers and the relevant analysis found no correlation between the two.Conclusions:1) this study found older type2diabetes and cancer susceptibility to many of the tumor coexist risk factors such as age, obesity, high blood glucose, insulin resistance, high insulin hematic disease, insulin-like growth factor (IGF), the immune system disorders, etc.2) diabetes and cancer group crowd are tumor marker of increased two groups of comparisons to tumor group particularly increased.3) old type2diabetes insulin therapy and oral drug group there are IGF-1, IGF-2express a normal control group increased, two groups of control insulin group higher, hint may have cell proliferation expression of the increase.4) IGF-1, IGF-2abnormal expression in diabetic patients with tumor relationship to it is still not clear, use insulin hypoglycemic therapy of long-term safety needs to be further observation and research.
