Analysis Of Hyperinsulinemia And Insulin Resistance With Ovulation Disorder

Objective:This study analyze the clinical features, endocrine and metabolic characteristics of the patients with ovulation disorder,to explore the relevance hyperinsulinemia, insulin resistance and ovulation disorder, analyze the ovulatory disorder of glucose metabolism,lipid metabolism, and put forward the understanding of TCM in ovulation disorders.These provide objective basis for diagnosis and treatment of ovulatory disorder, to improve the clinical effects.Methods:98clinic cases of ovulation disorders were collected in the second People’s Hospital of Hunan Province from the May in2012to the July in2013. Moreover chooses the normal person who70example menstrual cycle normal, non-endocrine disease to take the control group. To measure hormone levels,Lipid levels,OGTT, insulin and C peptide release test, they were divided to different groups,then compared, analyzed and summarized the characteristics of hormone levels and metabolic of the patients with ovulation disorder, to analyze the relevance between hyperinsulinemia, insulin resistance and ovulation disorder.According to the understanding of TCM on ovulation disorders,carries on the elaboration from the etiology and pathogenesis of the disease,syndrome differentiation, treatment and other aspects, summarizes the symptom features of TCM in the patients with ovulation disorders and proposed a new understanding of the disease.Results: The values of obesity, hyperlipidemia, HI, IR, IGT, MS in he observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The observation group LH, T, CHOL, TG, LDL level was higher than the control group(P<0.01).Their postprandial0.5h,1h,2h,3h of blood glucose, insulin and CP the time of the5peptides was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).The values of obesity, hyperlipidemia, IR, IGT, MS in HI group were higher than that in NHI group(P<0.01).The incidence of LH, FSH、HDL level in HI group were lower and TG level was higher than the NHI group(P<0.05).the Fasting and postprandial of glucose, insulin, C peptide and HOMA-IR, HBCI, GAUC, IAUC were all higher than non-insulin resistant group,showing statistically significant difference(P<0.001). HOMA-IR and BMI,CHOL,TG,LDL,GAUC,IAUC,HBCI,fasting blood glucose, postprandial1h,2h,3h of blood glucose, insulin and CP the time of the5peptides have a positive correlation (P<0.05),HOMA-IR is negatively correlated with ISI and HDL (P<0.01).Understanding on the treatment of Chinese medicine on ovulation disorders in etiology,pathogenesis and syndrome differentiation is continuously perfect,which make the diagnosis and treatment of ovulation disorders more comprehensive system,and achieved good results.Conclusions:1.Ovulation disorders have hyperinsulinemia and insulin resistance.The relationship between hyperinsulinemia,insulin resistance and ovulation disorder is consanguineous,which are the pathological basis of ovulation disorders.2.The incidence of ovulation disorders with obesity and abnormal metabolism on blood lipid, abnormal glucose metabolism increased significantly.Glucose and lipid metabolism and complications in patients with high insulin and insulin resistance is closely related with ovulation disorder.Early evaluation of patients with pancreatic islet function, actively intervention, early treatment, these have the positive significance to the further development of disease prevention.3.Chinese medicine in the treatment of Ovulation disorder achieved good results.Through syndrome differentiation, promoting follicular maturation, recovering ovulation, to get menstruation and progestational, improvement in patients with endocrine.
