Objective:To analyze the antibiotic resistance of Helicobacter(H.pylori) by bacteria wer-e separated and cultured from the patients with upper abdominal symptoms referred for gastroendoscopy of H.pylori drug-resistance for choosing effective agents for H.pylori eradication therapy in zunyi district.Methods:A total of332cases from Nov2010to Nov2011in gastroscopy room of first People hospital of zunyi,the gastric mucosa from gastroscopy biopsy of upper abdominal symptoms patients were cultured in H.pylori selective medium under microaerobic condit-ion at37℃degrees for four to seven days.The H.pylori strains were isolated and identifie-d by gram staining microscopic examination, oxidase test,catalase test and urease test.The antibiotic resistant of H.pylori was test by E-test, and analyze drug-resistance ragular.Results:1). The detection rate of H.pylori was61.2%,332specimens patients’ gastric mu-cosa tissue were examined in zunyi.115H.pylori were identified. The positive ratio is34.64%.No association was found between positive rate and different age groups,gender(P>0.05),but the H.pylori positive rate of in gastric cancer patients was significantly higher than other diseases(P<0.05).2). In zunyi district,the resistance rate of H.pylori to metronidazole was the highest.(P<0.05).Clarithromycin, levofloxacin and amoxicillin resistance of gastric cancer are hig-her than those of gastritis and(or) duodenitis(P<0.05).3). The multiple drug resistance of metronidazolea and clarithromyein was14.78%, metro-nidazolea and levofloxacin was7.83%, metronidazolea clarithromyein and levofloxacin w-as3.48%, metronidazolea clarithromyein and amoxieilin was1.74%.No found multiple dr-ug resistance of levofloxacin and amoxieilin and all antibiotics resistant strain.Conclusion:1). A higher detection rate in zunyi,but there were no association between H.pylori positive rate and age groups and gender, H.pylori positive rate a certain extent inf-luenced by disease subtypes.2).This test shows that H.pylori for the4kinds of antibiotic resistance rates higher than domestic and abroad average level. Metronidazole and clarithromyein should not be used, because of its higher resistance rate in Zunyi.However,resistance to clarithromyein and le-vofloxacin are lower,they can be used as first choice on eradication to H.pylori.3). There were multiple drug resistance of H.pylori in zunyi,but its much lower abroad and domestic developed area average level, therefore, rationality of the combined selection ant-ibiotic it will improve the H.pylori eradicate rate.
