The Relationship Between Hemorheology Index And Blood-stasis Syndrome In Diabetes Patients With Erectile Dysfunction

Objective:To study the relationship between hemorheology index and blood-stasis syndrome in diabetes patients with erectile dysfunction.Method:120patients were selected in the department of traditional chinese medicine,endocrine,urinary surgery in Ningde Hospital from January to December in2011. Observed group include30diabetic patients with erectile dysfunction and blood-stasis syndrome. Control group include30DM patients. Normal group include30healthy people.Hemorheology, blood glucose and blood lipid were measured.Result:1.The whole blood high cut, low shear viscosity, plasma viscosity, fibrinogen, erythrocyte sedimentation rate, hematocrit, erythrocyte aggregation index in the observed group is higher than that the control group and the normal group, erythrocyte deformation index in the observed group is lower than that the control group and the normal group(P<0.05).2.Severe group>moderate group>mild group in the score of blood-stasis syndrome by the observed group.3.The whole blood high cut, low shear viscosity, plasma viscosity, fibrinogen, erythrocyte sedimentation rate, hematocrit, erythrocyte aggregation index in the severe group is higher than that the moderate group and the mild group, erythrocyte deformation index in the severe group is lower than that the moderate group and the mild group (P<0.05).4.The correlation between the score of blood-stasis syndrome and the hemorheology index have different degree.Conclusion:1.There may be relationship between hemorheology and blood-stasis syndrome in diabetic patients with erectile dysfunction. It is useful to detect the hemorheology in diabetic patients with erectile dysfunction. It can be used as an extension of the traditional chinese medicine and the effective index of the quantitative diagnosis, also to guide clinical treatment.2. The correlation between the score of blood-stasis syndrome and the hemorheology index have different degree.3.we can use blood circulation prescription to start a conduct case-control study, assess efficacy and judge prognosis with hemorheology index.
