| Objective:This research aims at analysing the related factors and Chinese Medicine Syndrome Types of diabetes lower limb vascular lesions, exploring the degree of influences of these factors acting on diabetes lower limb vascular lesions and the characteristics of the distribution of Chinese Medicine Syndrome Types of diabetes lower limb vascular lesions, to figure out the pathogen and pathogenesis of diabetes lower limb vascular lesions. Methods:From June2011to February2012300patients admitted to endocrine department of the first affiliated hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine who fulfilled with full box inspection, and divide them randomly into232diabetes patients with crura vascular diseases and68diabetes patients without crura vascular diseases according to whether or not combining crura vascular diseases. Then, for systematic analysis, the patients were calculated according to yin deficiency higher heat syndrome, spleen disorder due to dampness and heat syndrome, Qi and Yin deficiency syndrome. Yin and Yang deficiency syndrome, internal retention of water resulting from the blood stasis and the blood stasis blocking collaterals syndrome.and to find out the characteristics of the distribution of diabetes lower limb vascular lesions. Analyse the correlation between diabetes lower limb vascular lesions and these factors as sex, age, the course of disease, fasting plasma glucose(FPG), two-hour postprandial plasma (2hPG) glucose, fasting plasma C peptide, two-hour postprandial plasma C peptide(2hC-P), blood lipid, systolic blood pressure, body mass index, complication and so on.Results:There is no difference between group LEAD and NLEAD compared in terms of sex, P>0.05; It shows significant difference between the two groups compared in terms of age, P<0.05; and the morbidity rate of the diabetics over the age of60combined with LEAD went up obviously. P<0.01; It shows significant difference between the two groups compared in terms of the course of the disease, P<0.05; the morbidity rate of the diabetics with a course over10years combined with LEAD increased obviously. It shows no difference between the two groups compared in terms of the BMI, P>0.05; It shows significant difference between the two groups when compared with the diabetics’other vascular complications such as coronary heart diseases and coronary hypertension.P<0.05:It shows significant difference compared in the two groups in the systolic blood pressure, P<0.05; when comparing the blood sugar of the two groups,it shows significant difference in the respects of FPG, fasting plasma C-P and2hC-P, P<0.05; when comparing the lipids of the two groups, it shows significant difference in the respects of TG and HDL,P<0.05; when comparing the TCM syndrome, we found that these three syndromes of Qi and Yin deficiency syndrome, the blood stasis blocking collaterals syndrome and spleen disorder due to dampness and heat syndrome take the largest proportion, and it shows significant difference in the blood stasis blocking collaterals syndrome,P<0.05. During the second period of the three periods of LEAD, it got the most nutrient obstacle cases. Conclusions:In this research we found that LEAD has no correlation with the patients’gender or BMI. The age of the patients with diabetes has correlation with the course and development of LEAD, and the morbidity rate of the diabetics over the age of60combined with LEAD went up obviously, It shows significant difference between the two groups compared in terms of the course of the disease; the morbidity rate of the diabetics with a course over10years combined with LEAD increased obviously. There is some correlation between LEAD and the diabetics’other vascular complications; It shows obvious correlation between the diabetics’systolic blood pressure and the appearance; development of LEAD. When comparing the T.C.M syndrome, we found that these three syndromes of Qi and Yin Deficiency syndrome, the Blood stasis blocking collaterals syndrome and the spleen disorder due to dampness and heat syndrome take the largest proportion, and it shows significant difference in the Blood stasis blocking collaterals syndrome,. During the second period of the three periods of LEAD, it got the most nutrient obstacle cases. |
